Hi, I'm Raghav

I’m Raghav Lohia — Strength & Conditioning Coach, CF-L1 Trainer, Psychology Graduate Student, and founder of 37 Headquarters Fitness Studio in Palampur Himachal Pradesh.


I’ve seen what most people go through: start training → see progress → lose consistency → feel guilty → start over. The cycle never ends.
